All prescription refill requests require veterinarian approval. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. Once your pet’s medication is ready, a member of our team will contact you with pickup information.

If your pet needs medication urgently or you have questions about your request, please call us at 425-738-3033 rather than submitting the form. Thank you for your understanding and allowing us time to ensure your pet receives the appropriate care and medications.
