Dr. Allison Wines, DVM
Medical Director
Allison Wines, DVM, grew up locally in Monroe, Washington, and is a lifelong Seahawks fan. She earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Illinois in 2020. Dr. Wines has a strong professional interest in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, senior pet care, and providing compassionate urgent care services. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two dogs, and a Maine Coon cat who is convinced he’s a dog. In her free time, Dr. Wines enjoys hiking, playing board games, reading, and staying active with tennis and pickleball.
Lori Illas, LVT
Hospital Administrator
Lori Illas was born and raised in Puerto Rico before relocating to Washington in 2012, bringing with her a bilingual perspective and a deep passion for animal care. A Licensed Veterinary Technician, Lori began her career in veterinary medicine in 2014 and spent nearly a decade working in the fast-paced environment of emergency care before stepping into her current role as Hospital Administrator. She brings a rare combination of hands-on clinical experience and operational expertise to the Redmond Veterinary team. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Lori is committed to making every client feel welcome and understood. Outside the clinic, she enjoys reading, exploring new food and coffee spots, and attending K-pop concerts. Her most loyal companion at home is Savannah, her 15-year-old Beagle.
Anthony
Floor Manager
With over five years of experience as a veterinary assistant, Anthony is passionate about helping animals feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Before entering the veterinary field, he worked as an EMT, where he developed the ability to stay calm under pressure and respond quickly in urgent situations—skills he now applies daily to support both the team and the pets he works with.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He loves fishing, gardening, and getting outdoors with his family whenever he can. At Redmond Veterinary, Anthony is proud to be part of a team that treats every animal like family and leads with compassion in everything they do.
